How we handle project enquiries.

Nova Stark collects the information you provide—including your name, email address, phone number, property location and project details—to respond to your enquiry, assess project fit and arrange consultations. We may store your details in our customer relationship system and share them with service providers that help us communicate with you and operate our website.

When you submit an enquiry, Nova Stark may email or call you specifically about that project. You may ask us not to call again at any time. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing calls unless you give separate, express consent.

We only send optional marketing updates when you consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails about an active enquiry may still be sent where appropriate.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw a communication consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing info@novastark.com.au.
